A concert organised by cultural association Idéias do Levante is taking place at the Church (Igreja Matriz) of São Bartolomeu de Messines on January 12 at 5pm. Entitled Recital de Reis (Kings’ Recital), the concert will see soprano Carla Pontes, pianist Anna Nemchynova and trumpet player Fábio Neves interpreting works by Caccini, Haendel, Jeremiah Clark, Mozart, Purcell and Vivaldi. Tickets cost €5 per person with proceeds going to the church and São Bartolomeu de Messines Voluntary Bombeiros.
