Last week’s inaugural Oceânico World Kids Golf tournament involving 110 young players from eight countries was a great success and a repeat is already planned for next year.
England’s Nick Ward (pictured) and Spain’s Enrique Marin were the big winners in the boys’ U-14 and U-12 categories respectively, while Portugal’s Ana Sofia Câmara distinguished herself in the girls’ U-16 equivalent.
