Ken Lo’s Memories of China, Vale do Lobo €€€
Founded by the late Ken Lo, legendary author of more than 30 books on Chinese cooking.
His first restaurant in London became a favourite haunt of many celebrities and his tradition lives on today in Vale do Lobo.
Specialities include a superb Sichuan crispy duck with pancakes, Mongolian lamb and steamed sea bass fresh from the market with ginger and spring onions.
Open for dinner only, closed on Tuesdays in winter.
