Vale Silves School’s Parent Teacher Association is hosting a Jumble Sale and Fair on December 5.
On sale will be clothes, books, CDs, DVDs, videos, Christmas gifts, toys and household items.
The items have been donated and collected by parents and friends of the school.
In addition, there will be some commercial stalls with vendors selling their own goods.
There will also be a box for donations of clothes and articles to local children who are in need. Tea, coffee and cakes will also be available f and there will be games to entertain the children.
The event will be held in the square by Rui’s bar in Vilamoura and will begin at 12pm, ending at 5.30pm.
All proceeds will go to the Vale Silves School in Boliqueime in order to raise funds for improvements, which include the possibility of installing a library.
