Should hotel guests be charged a culture tax to fund the conservation of Portuguese heritage?

Last week we asked readers if they thought guests in Portugal’s hotels should pay an additional fee towards the  conservation of the national heritage.

A vast majority, 85%, said hotel guests should not be charged a culture tax while 15% thought the extra fee would be acceptable.
