To praise the richness and diversity that exists in the small geographical area of the Algarve, Chef João Viegas presents “the best of the mountain and the coast” in a sustainable and balanced menu, essentially vegetable-based, where the protagonist is not the protein – although it is included according to seasonal availability -, but the vegetable and the carbohydrate. Highlights include salt crust roasted beetroot and earthy gazpacho; the Bluefin tuna, Portuguese heirloom tomato or the vegetable broth boil and textures of turnip.

Priority is given to 100% regional organic products of each season, with a focus on authentic, original ingredients from local farmers, fishermen and producers.

Overlooking the ocean, the Atlântico restaurant is open from Saturday to Wednesday from 7pm to 11pm. Advance booking is recommended, by phone 282 310 100 or directly at our website.
