Recordings of various gigs performed by rock star Jimi Hendrix in the 1960s are set to be released as part of a limited edition CD and vinyl package on January 25.
The recordings are from his legendary shows at the L’Olympia Theatre in Paris in January 1967 and his gigs in Ottowa at the Capitol Theatre from March 1968.
The recording of his show at the L’Olympia was recorded for French radio but has not been previously released.
Also included in the musical package will be a poster, a postcard set, guitar picks, a t-shirt and badges.
