A Croatian fashion project has created the world’s largest pair of jeans, and raised money for a local charity for the disabled in the process.

The jeans covered an area of six tennis courts and are expected to be recognised by Guinness World Records officials in the coming days.

For every pair of jeans donated to the giant clothing project, a donation was made to a local charity combining good will and enormous fashion in one effort.

The huge jeans were made up of a total of 8,023 pairs of unwanted denims and were sown together at a local factory.

Each leg measures 45 metres and would fit the most ample of girth with a 34 metre waistband.
