Fund-raisers for Silves-based Castelo de Sonhos charity are urging residents to donate glass jars, preferably of 400 grammes or less.
Any unwanted jars should be left at the Castelo de Sonhos charity shop in Silves where they will then be taken to be filled with jam and sold with proceeds being donated to the charity which provides assistance to disadvantaged people in the area.
