Should the President of Portugal Cavaco Silva have vetoed the 2013 State Budget?
Last week we asked readers if they thought the State Budget should have been vetoed by the President of Portugal. Opinions were divided as 54% of voters said Cavaco Silva should have rejected the budget while 46% disagreed, perhaps for the sake of stability.
