Jamie on Olhão

Internationally famous British Chef Jamie Oliver dedicated 12 pages of his magazine Jamie to Algarvian gastronomy and the sea delicacies found in the Olhão area.

The authors penning the article for the August edition describe how the fishermen’s town, which boasts many fish markets, is a haven for sea-inspired food. They also explain about the art of gathering shellfish and list eight restaurants in Olhão serving the best fish and seafood dishes.
