The Lisbon Casuals football team is gearing up for another busy year as the new season finally gets underway.
A string of matches are planned for the coming months, including nerve-wracking encounters with Sporting Reboleira, Estoril, Maristas and local rivals Nato.
“We’ve a busy programme to look forward to and we welcome new players of any ability, young or old,” said club captain, Aaron McFadden.
Based at St Julian’s School, Carcavelos, Lisbon Casuals boasts some of the best facilities of any amateur club in the country, most notably three pitches (one grass and two all-weather), a fully-stocked bar and modern changing rooms with hot showers.

Training takes place each Wednesday evening from 8-10pm.
