Italian restaurant Zebra opens in Faro

Run by chef Diogo Martins and bartender Diogo Santos

A new restaurant has opened in Faro promising a new take on Italian cuisine where “audacity and madness meet to create an unmatched gastronomic symphony”.

Zebra restaurant is run by chef Diogo Martins and bartender Diogo Santos and is located at no.22 on Rua Conselheiro Bívar.

“There is a huge gap in Italian cuisine, especially in the Algarve,” says chef Diogo Martins, adding that the goal of the new restaurant is to offer a gastronomic experience based on a “twist of national products and 100% Italian products in a perfect combination of cultures.

“We want to offer a space that is unpretentious and informal, so that everyone who visits us feels at home,” he added.
