Issues with bank

Dear Editor,

I have now sent in the region of 30 emails to Santander bank, 25-ish calls …

My bank has been switched from Banif and I got locked out of my account and no one seems able to help. It’s a mess and frustrating. I wonder if I’m the only person who has experienced this.

I have all the emails where the customer service people keep saying tomorrow … and nothing! I spoke to someone at Albufeira branch and he said he would email me that day. That was two weeks and nine emails ago… Still no response!
