The Madeira International Business Centre (IBC) celebrated its 20th anniversary in December with an event attended by 300 guests followed by a dinner at the home of the President of Madeira’s regional government.
More than 4,000 companies are now registered at the Madeira IBC and this success has had a profound effect on the economy and social situation with job creation and encouraging young people to the area.
This has been recognised by the EU regional development commission which announced that the special tax regime would be extended until 2020 to benefit business.
