The Football Association of Ireland (FAI) returned to the Amendoeira Sports Club at the Amendoeira Golf Resort, near Silves, with their senior women’s football squad for an intensive training camp from February 28 to March 8.
The team was primarily competing in the Women’s Algarve Cup 2012.
The Irish squad took advantage of the intensive training camp to also prepare for the next set of qualifying matches of the UEFA Women’s Euro 2013 which start this month.
