Irish dance classes are now available in Lagoa, following a partnership between Ideais do Levante Cultural Association and the School of Irish Dance in Portugal. From September 3, classes will be held by teacher Fabíola Borges de Castro on Tuesdays at 7pm at the Sala Polivalente do CEFLA (Centro de Estudos e Formação de Lagoa). The two-hour classes will include solo StepDance and the social Ceili Dance. Classes cost €35 per month for Ideias do Levante members and €40 for non-members.
