Commercial real estate giant Cushman and Wakefield has announced that investment in commercial property in Portugal is tipped to exceed €3.6 billion this year, reaching a new ‘historic maximum’. 2019 investment (before the pandemic hit) came to €3.2 billion, Cushman & Wakefield’s Andreia Almeida has told Lusa.
