Interreal – growing from strength to strength for the past 25 years

After 14 years of living in Germany, Mino Perdigão, founder and general manager of Interreal, left everything behind, and headed to the Algarve. She took her experience in the tourism and hospitality sector – having worked in a hotel for all these years – and was given the opportunity to manage the property of a wealthy German national in Carvoeiro.

As time passed she kept adding more properties to her care and it was clearly time for her to start her own company. Unfortunately Mino didn’t have the funds to do it alone, and thus Mr Rolf Dieter Goetz – her first client – joined her as her business partner. In April 1996 Interreal was born.

Specialising in condominium and property management, the company kept on growing with more team members joining Mino. Ten years later, and with the company successfully established in the region, Mr Goetz (who sadly passed way in mid-January), having always been a silent partner, decided it was time for Mino to take over the entire company and continue on her own. Her son, Dominik Hanusch, joined her soon after and turned into her right arm, helping her manage the company. And in 2015, with roughly 30 staff members – most of which have been with Mino for 15 or even 20 years – they added real estate brokerage to the services the company provides.

Celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, Interreal is a reference in the Carvoeiro area with more than 80 properties and condominiums under their care, from Albufeira to Portimão. Offering transparency, honesty, and a truly bespoke service where the client and his needs always comes first, the company has never been busier. Even with the pandemic crisis we’re living, not a single employee has been on layoff and, in fact, the plans are to grow the team in a nearby future.
