A NEW facility, Espaço Internet, has been unveiled this month by Faro Câmara in Bom João, as part of the ‘Faro, Um Concelho Digital’ campaign (Faro, A Digital Borough). Espaço Internet is managed by three full-time staff and aims to attract people of all ages. The unit has been designed to allow access for the disabled and special equipment has been installed for use by those with sight or hearing problems, including Braille printers. In total, the unit boasts 14 computers with web cameras, two of which are for disabled users. Espaço Internet is open Monday to Saturday, from 10am to 8pm (except public holidays), and you can find it at Urbanização do Alto de Santo António, Lote 68 R/C, Faro.
