An international dance contest is taking place at Faro’s Teatro das Figuras from March 29 to 31.
The 9th Algarve International Dance Contest Dançarte, organised by the Beliaev Centro Cultural association, will see more than 500 dancers from various countries competing for a place in the Dance World Cup, which is taking place in Austria, from June 25 to 30.
Classic, contemporary, character, jazz, tap and hip-hop dancing will be performed by dancers aged eight to 24.
