Infarmed meeting: proposal for transition to “civilizational responsibility”

Raquel Duarte of Porto university’s institute of public health and the Abel Salazar institute of biomedical sciences has told the meeting at Infarmed that what needs to be mapped out now is the “transition from the obligatory regime of measures (against Covid-19) to civilizational responsibility”. The government has the latest ‘data’. It is up to the government to ‘decide’.
