A difficult job has left Ray and Ken, two hit men, being sent to Bruges to go and cool their heels for a couple of weeks in the beautiful medieval city.
Out of place and unsure of themselves, the men entertain themselves as tourists. While Ken is fascinated by the history and culture, Ray is still haunted by the exploits of his last hit.
The film moves from amusing holiday experience into a fight for their lives in this dark comedy with surprisingly emotional consequences.
