Several roads in the Alcoutim council are in the process of being resurfaced. The works by the Câmara represent an investment of €65,000 and are expected to last until the end of the month. Villages included in the road resurfacing project include Palmeira, Taipas, Lutão, Pereiro, Madeiras, Martim Longo, Montargil and Fernandilho.
