Immigration and Borders Service SEF has detained a “foreign citizen” in Guarda on the back of an international arrest warrant involving murder. According to reports, the arrested man, aged 41, will appear before Coimbra appeals court today, with a view to starting extradition proceedings. The crimes levelled against him refer to 2014 and took place in Pakistan.
