IL criticises make-up of new executive

It’s not just Livre with serious questions over the choices of António Costa’s new ministers: IL (Iniciativa Liberal) is concerned about three appointments: health (Marta Temido) because of her rocky relationship with health professionals); Infrastructures (Pedro Nuno Santos) because of his anathema to privatising TAP (which IL believes should be privatised pronto) and Foreign Affairs (João Gomes Cravinho) because without any responsibility for European Affairs, IL considers the post ‘diminished’.
