Malaria used to be a thriving farming village but a change in climate has made the crops die and the farmers poor. The town’s economy now thrives on evil inventions and the evil inventors are now rich tycoons. One talented lab assistant to an evil inventor has ambitions of becoming a mad scientist himself with a dream to win the annual Evil Science Fair.
