Ideal Homes have done it again and just before the end of last year, they won five more important distinctions at the International Property Awards 2021.
The company received the Real Estate Agency Single Office Portugal award, Five Stars for Best Real Estate Agency Marketing Portugal and Five Stars for Best Lettings Agency Portugal; whilst team member Sasha Sharpley won the Real Estate Agent Portugal award, and Chairman & Founder, Chris White, gathered the Five Stars for Best Real Estate Agent Portugal.
But there’s more! The judges at the International Property Awards have rejudged the highest scoring 2021 winners in each category to discover those who will compete for the best in the European region, thus having the chance to win further and be recognised at an international level, once all the other regions have been announced. Surely enough, Ideal Homes stood out, and they are now also a nominee for Best Lettings Agent Europe.
For almost 30 years the International Property Awards have discovered and recognised the finest professionals, companies and projects in property, real estate and the design-related fields. With an extensive panel of independent judges, they operate the largest and most prestigious programme of property awards in the world, and every year receive thousands of entries from across the globe representing incredible levels of quality and achievement.
We asked Ideal Homes what this award meant to them and what sets them apart from other companies. “We’re thrilled! This is the recognition of all of our incredible team’s hard work. And we are different because we actually apply the whole service from start to finish – no matter what you may need to purchase a property in the Algarve, we can provide it for you. We have a recommended lawyer, a rental company, a mortgage department and several other professionals we work with, so whatever it is you require, you can get from under one roof“, CEO, Angela Worrall tells us. “From the minute we meet you, we are with you for the whole of the journey and beyond”, she adds.
