A project to develop hunting as a tourist attraction in the Alentejo region is being planned by the regional tourism board, Turismo do Alentejo, and hunting associations in an effort to promote the local economy and improve tourism activity. The project is still under development and is expected to be ready to apply for community funds by the end of the month.
It is expected to be put into practice early next year.
