More than 1,300 people attended an Open Door event at Quinta dos Vales in Estombar last Sunday.
Musical entertainment, show cooking, regional products and wine tastings were provided at the event which counted on the support of other local businesses.
New white and rosé wines from the 2011 harvest were launched with guests able to taste the Marquês dos Vales Selecta 2011 white and rosé. The Grace Vineyard 2010 white, Primeira Selecção 2010 white and rosé and Selecta 2009 red were also available for tasting.
Wine experts had the opportunity to try the Grace Viognier 2011 even before it was launched.
Another Open Door event will take place on Sunday, October 21.
