Human head “appears between two rivers” in Leiria

The remains of a human being – namely the head – were found yesterday afternoon in an area where the rivers Lena and Lis meet, writes Lusa. PJ Judicial police are investigating. The alert was raised by a member of the public, who spied the head around 4.30pm close to the water’s edge.
