Deal ensures “improved health care” for clinic patients
The HPA Health Group has begun an official partnership with Tavira-based clinic Taviclínica Médica, which “aims to strengthen a relationship that has existed for some years.”
“Taviclínica has been a partner network clinic of the HPA Health Group for many years, but both parties have now agreed to establish a formal relationship, which has strengthened over the years,” the group’s press office said.
The partnership will help provide the clinic with a “wide range of specialties and services, more suited to the needs of the population of Tavira, namely by providing the comprehensive and differentiated hospital resources that the Group has in the Algarve.
“We believe that this partnership will provide safer and closer proximity medical care, especially for the population living in the region who live further away from the larger urban centres. We will, therefore, be providing more and better health care. In addition to more efficient and faster access to our hospitals, Taviclínica’s patients will have access to daily medical care, 24 hours a day, through our Emergency Unit,” the group adds.
The collaboration protocol was signed by Dr. Jean Pierre Rancher, Managing Partner of Taviclínica, and by Dr. João Bacalhau, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the HPA Health Group.
