House sale

The former home of fugitive lawyer Michael Lynn has been sold at a knock down price of 1.25 million euros.

The house in Dublin had originally been placed on the market for 1.8 million euros but after 18 months without any interest it was reduced to its current price.

Contracts are now being signed on the property with proceeds from the sale going directly to the Ulster Bank, which is trying to recoup some of the millions owed to it by Michael Lynn.

Michael Lynn was involved in the development of the Costa Cabanas Resort in Tavira and has allegedly been spotted in Tavira after failing to appear in court in Ireland on fraud charges.
