House prices in Portugal rose 13.1% in 3rd quarter of 2022 – above EU average of 7.4%

Year-on-year house prices increased, in the third quarter of 2022, by 13.1% in Portugal, compared to a eurozone average of 6.8%, rising to 7.4% in the European Union. Announcing this data Eurostat said that quarter-on-quarter, housing prices rose 1% in the eurozone, 0.9% in the EU and 2.9% in Portugal.
