An Algarve hotel has been recognised as one of the best hotels in the world, having been awarded an ITS Red Star Award by the Rewe Group, a German-based global tour operator company.
According to the Hotel Eurotel Altura, located at Praia da Altura, the selection process for the award included criteria such as “client recommendations, taking into account their level of satisfaction and the high service levels that were given”.
The hotel’s commercial director Fátima Simões received the award at the ceremony in Palma de Majorca last month.
