A new protest against Lagoa’s “starving horse scandal” is going to take place on Friday (October 23) in front of the veterinarian authority (DGAV) headquarters in Patacão, Faro. Protests will focus on how DGAV has considered that the visibly skinny horses owned by António Félix were in “good health”. “We plan to show DGAV what a healthy horse really looks like by taking such horses to them,” the ‘Stop António Félix’ Facebook page has revealed. The protest begins at 4pm.
