Horse meat found in hamburgers

Food inspectors and fraud investigators found horse meat DNA in a store called Freeza Meats in Northern Ireland, according to The Guardian newspaper. The UK Food Standards Agency is now trying to discover who is the supplier of Freeza Meats and responsible for the existence of horse meat in burgers. One of the cases was acknowledged by Burger King Company. Researchers are tracking down a possible link with the factory Silvercrest in Ireland. The Irish authorities are continuing investigations in Poland where they believe the horse meat comes from.
