OVER 500 euros was recently raised for the São Francisco Dogs Home (Canil) and the Riding for the Disabled in the Algarve (RDA) association. The ‘Horse and Hound’ party celebrated the 21st anniversary of Pinetrees Riding Centre in Almancil, and was organised by several small businesses in Loulé. Over 30 riders, horses, dogs and handlers participated, and sponsors Merrylegs Pets Resort and Clínica Veterinária Torrejão presented gifts to all participants. Organisers would like to thank all those who attended the party and supported the event, especially the RDA helpers who organised the catering and raffle to raise funds for the RDA association.
