Civic protests, involving drivers going-slow, hooting their horns, and in some cases blocking accesses, have been ongoing throughout the morning in various parts of the country, involving also agricultural workers on tractors (this in Vila Real). The message in all the actions has been that “unless something is done to relieve pressure, we will organise further forms of protest”.
