Martinhal Beach Resort & Hotel in Sagres and Bela Vista Hotel & SPA in Praia da Rocha have received Honourable Mentions in the Turismo de Portugal Prizes 2011, in recognition of their contribution to raising awareness of Portugal as a prime tourist destination.
Last year, 150 candidates from across Portugal applied for the recognition prizes and Martinhal and Bela Vista Hotel & SPA were among the seven projects honoured by Turismo de Portugal.
Each year, the tourism prizes aim to recognise, distinguish and promote the best tourism projects in Portugal.
