ALGARVE STADIUM in Faro will host an interactive campaign to promote the dangers of heart disease, organised by the Portuguese Cardiology Society on April 22.
Many sports activities will be organised for all the family throughout the morning, including a petanque tournament, yoga classes, Latin dance lessons and much more. The event will culminate in all spectators creating a heart shape on the grass pitch in honour of the cause. The initiative forms part of the 28th Portuguese Cardiology Congress, which will take place in Vilamoura between April 22 and 25.
Activities on April 22 begin from 9am and entrance is free. Everyone is welcome.
