POLICE ARRESTED a man in Canada for wandering the streets of Nanaimo, British Columbia, wearing nothing but a swastika on his chest. He told locals that he was honouring Adolf Hitler’s birthday and they called police to the scene. He will undergo a psychiatric evaluation and is likely to be charged with public indecency but it was decided that he did not pose a threat to the community.
