Some buildings in the historical centre of Vila Real de Santo António (VRSA) are to be transformed into boutique hotels to create quality accommodation for visitors and improve the city’s heritage.
VRSA’s municipal urban management company has launched a public tender for the rehabilitation of eight properties owned by the Câmara.
According to VRSA Câmara, these properties are located in some of the most emblematic areas of the city and, once recovered, will become tourist attractions as well as create jobs.
