MARRIOT HOTELS has reached a management agreement with the Portuguese hotel group Atlântica to introduce its Renaissance brand to Portugal.
As a result, four Vila Sol hotels will share the Renaissance brand, although only one of those luxury developments is currently under construction, in Évora, with an investment of 100 million euros. The other three projects are Vila Sol Ancão, Vila Sol Santo Estêvão and Vila Sol Douro and represent an estimated investment of 300 million euros.
