Visitors will be able to learn more about the work of the Castelo de Sonhos charity during an open day in the Fissul building in Silves on October 17.
The Silves-based charity, which helps underprivileged people in the area, will be providing food and drinks as well as music and entertainment at the event which is being held to mark the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty.
Meanwhile, an arts and crafts fair will also be taking place on the same day from 10.30am and anyone interested in taking a pitch will need to pay €10 and bring their own table, with all the proceeds being given to the Castelo de Sonhos charity.
