LIONS Clube de Loulé is a charity dedicated to helping the local community. This year, it is raising funds to provide the Loulé bombeiros with fire protection suits. The Lions are holding a ‘spring sale’ on Sunday, April 3 at the Centro Comunitário in Almancil, between 10am and 1pm. On sale will be nearly-new clothes, shoes, linen, bric-a-brac, books and much more, all at low prices. Admission is free and refreshments are available. The Lions would like to thank everyone who attended their sale in February, in which more than 800 euros were raised.
A date for your diary is June 5, when the Lions are holding their annual garden party at Quinta do Lago. It promises to be a great afternoon for all the family and an opportunity to meet new people.
