An international movement known as Help Portrait will be coming to Silves in December, giving children, youngsters and elderly from local social solidarity institutions a chance to have their pictures taken by a professional photographer.
A total of 101 people will take part in the initiative, under the auspices of local photographer Jovelino Matos Almeida, at Fissul on December 6 between 1pm-6pm.
