Established in Lagos in 2003, Ebenezer Promoção e Administração de Imóveis Lda. was formed to fill a perceived gap in the market for companies which actually specialise in property management, more specifically the care of your property in the Western Algarve.
The Resident spoke to their director, Paul Morris, who runs the company with his wife Gill. Paul said that 2006 had already proved a very important year for Ebenezer as the couple decided to relaunch the company in January with a new, user-friendly website to assist them in handling enquiries and lettings, as well as showcasing the various services that Ebenezer provides. “I decided to call upon the considerable talents of José Martins of Lojas Naja in Portimão to design our new website,” Paul said, “and since then, we haven’t looked back.”
Paul and Gill had spent their holidays in the Algarve for over 20 years before buying their own property to which they eventually moved on a full-time basis. “Having owned a property ourselves, we are well aware of the problems and anxieties experienced by property owners in Portugal, who are only able to visit every so often,” Paul said, and so Ebenezer Promoção e Administração de Imóveis Lda. was born.
Ebenezer tailors its services to suit the individual requirements of the client. If only pool maintenance is required that is fine, but if the clients require cleaning services, gardening, letting, assistance transport to and from the airport and even advice in the buying and selling of their property, then Ebenezer are only too pleased to provide those services as well. “Our aim is to exceed the expectations of our clients and provide an approachable and friendly service. Each contract is treated with the same attention to detail at no extra cost to the client. We pride ourselves in providing the best service at extremely reasonable rates,” Paul said.
Ebenezer ensures that all properties under its care are kept in pristine condition, ready for a visit by the owner at any time. “We promise to regularly attend our properties and, because our team love their work, we have engendered a great team spirit, which I hope is apparent to all our clients,” Paul said.
The company manages all types of property between Portimão, Lagos and Aljezur, from one bedroom apartments to large houses complete with swimming pools and gardens. Ebenezer has recently opened a new office in Vale da Telha, Aljezur, and a new lettings section has been added to its website.
