NIKKI’S SANDWICH Shop, established in Lagos Marina since last June, provides a unique service to local business people, boat, office and shop staff, residents and visitors, with its free delivery of a great range of sandwiches, wraps and salads.
Orders are taken from 9.30am to 11.30am for delivery between noon and 1.30pm daily, except weekends.
With a choice of freshly baked breads, such as seedy brown rolls, baguettes and ciabatta, the sandwich fillings include BLT, houmus with roasted vegetables, curried chicken with salad and smoked salmon with freshly ground black pepper and cream cheese. The wraps include chicken Caesar along with a new line of handmade wraps headed by spinach with ricotta, tomato and pepper all wrapped up in gorgeous spinach tortilla.
You can also eat in or takeaway from a slightly larger selection, including filled baked potatoes, warm sandwiches and choice of dips. Another speciality this month is a fabulous new range of freshly baked pasties straight from the Crantock Bakeries in Cornwall.
