Handicraft fair

Castro Marim will be offering visitors a large display of handicraft work at the Feira de Artesanato this month.

The three-day event, starting on July 24, will be celebrating its 25th anniversary this year with a varied programme of entertainment includes folk music, traditional produce such as smoked meats, cheese, sweets and wine and live displays of handicrafts and handilooms, from glass blowing and tapestry to shoemaking and ceramics.

The Feira do Artesanato will be at the municipal football pitch and runs from 7pm to midnight each day.
